The 60 issues of this series cover 6338 pages regularly numbered pages (thus excluding the advertisement pages) at an average of 106 pages per issue. At first, the frontispiece and contents pages were not included in the formal numbering system and were therefore additional to the numbered pages. They are also shown on this web site labelled as "frontispiece" and "contents". From the January 1913 issue, they were included with the numbered pages. For the sake of consistency on this web site, the labels were retained as before. Up to about 1912, "Staff Changes" was part of the numbered section. For a few months, the "Staff Changes" started to intermingle with advertisements, still in the numbered section. In May 1913, the magazine was restructured - "Staff Changes" was moved to the advertisement section and thus dropped away from the numbered section. From this date, "Staff Changes" is not found on this site.
